What to know before your visit:
Everyone needs a timed reservation
All members and visitors, including children, must make a reservation online and present their tickets at the gatehouse to enter the grounds; we aren’t selling tickets or making reservations anywhere on site. Please bring your ticket with barcode, or have it available to scan on your phone, for contactless entry at the gatehouse.
Timed reservations are free for members and children under 15; all other visitors will be charged $15 per ticket. Tickets are not for resale, refundable or exchangeable.

Our grounds are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The first floor of the Oswald Visitor Center, including the Gift & Garden Store, Great Hall, Reedy Gallery and restrooms, is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
The Andersen Horticultural Library (in the Snyder Building) is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., each Tuesday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., every Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday.
All gardens, collections, paved and unpaved paths are now open for visitors
Use our digital map to find the right path for you. Clicking the layers icon on the right side of the screen shows which paths and amenities are available. Please remain on designated paths and respect social distancing guidelines including public health best practices for the safety of all. Scooters, skateboards, hammocks and inline skates are not allowed anywhere on the grounds. Strollers and wagons are allowed.

The Gift and Garden Store is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily

Three-Mile Drive is open to bicycles and vehicles through the winter, as conditions allow

The Dog Commons on-leash area closed for the season on November 15
Dogs are only allowed at the Arb with a dog-added membership. Then, members with a dog-added membership can visit the Dog Commons during normal business hours. Service dogs are always welcome at the Arb, but all other dogs are not allowed in our buildings or gardens.
Restrooms available
All restrooms on the main floor of the Oswald Visitor Center are open, including the family restroom next to the Gift & Garden Store. Restrooms in the lower level of the Red Barn at the Farm at the Arb are also open. Outdoor restrooms are currently available at Picnic Shelter B, Sensory Garden and Prairie Garden. Portable toilets are also located in the Sculpture Garden, Dog Commons and the Maze Garden.
Some areas remain closed for your safety
The Arboretum Cafe, Maze Garden, Berens Cabin, Bee Center, Learning Center, YouBetcha Willow Sculpture and Children's Play Yard are closed until further notice.
